Is the event FREE?
The event is free and open to any school in Michigan.
Is this event open to the public?
No, this event is registration only by Michigan School representatives and Homeschool students.
How many students can I bring?
There is no limit on the number of students you can bring, but a chaperone must accompany every 15 students that you register.
My student is 18 or older. Do they need a parent to sign the waiver?
They may sign the waiver for themselves, but a waiver must be submitted by all on-site attendees.
What is the cut-off date for registration?
Registration is open for the in-person event through the end of the day on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 3:00 pm. This is the last day we can effectively process the paperwork that needs to be submitted to attend.
What do I wear?
Please dress for indoor and outdoor activities. Closed toed shoes are mandatory. No shorts or skirts/dresses are allowed nor excessively bagging clothing due to the nature of the activities. Safety helmets will be provided and must be worn at all times. Companies running the individual activities will supply any additional safety wear, if needed, for their activity.
What are the times I can attend with my classroom or homeschool student?
Please register for a time your school would like to attend using the registration form.
TWO OPTIONS EACH DAY:
8:00am - 11:30am OR 10:00am - 2:00pm

Can I share this event? How?
Please do! All Michigan schools and homeschool students are welcome to attend.

Is there reimbursement for school bus or shuttle transportation?
There are limited funds available to reimburse schools for transportation. Please see the busing reimbursement page in the registration packet (page 7) and apply.
Deadline to apply for check requests is: APRIL 12, 2023.
Optional: Bring this form to the event and reimbursement will be fulfilled by the end of the month of May.
Can I attend if I am not part of a school registration or construction activity?
This event is not open to the general public. If you would like an invitation to attend as a guest, please email us at Info@MichiganCCD.com and request the EventBrite Guest invitation OR the VIP guided, timed tour invitation. A personal liability waiver must be signed as well as a media / photo release.
